8T ARTER MOTOR
REMOVAL
When the ignition switch OFF, remove the negative cable at the baHery before servicing the starter motor
Disconnect the starter cab le from the starter motorRemove the two mountin bo lts and the starter motor
DISASSEMBL V
Remove the two starter motor case bolts and re move the front cover, motor case and armature coilRecord the number and location of shims or correc assemb ly
