BRAKE SYSTEM Install the boot
Place the master cylinder on the handlebar, Install the master cy li nder holder with the "up" mark facing upTi ght en the upper bolt irst, then tighten the lower bo lt loosely, TORQUE: 12 Nm (1 .2 kgf.m9 Ibff!) Align the end of the master cylinder with the punch mark on the hand lebarTighten the lower boltTORQUE: 12 N,m (12 kgf.m, Ibf.ft) Install th brake hose between the stoppers with the bolt and new sealing washersTORQUE: 34 Nm (3.5 kgf.m ,25 Ibf,ft) Insta ll the brake leverInsta ll and tighten the pivot boltTORQUE: Nm (0,6 kgf.m, 4.3 Ibfft) Hold the ivot bolt and tighten the nutTORQUEN,m (0.6 kgfm4.3 Ibfft) Fill th reservoir to the upper leve and bleed the brake syst em (page 14-3)
