FRONT WHEELS USPENSIONSTEERING Place the proper size adapter onto the threaded shaft and then put the wheel over the threaded shaft and adapterLube the bead area with water, pressing down on the tire sidewallbead area in several places to al low the water to run into and around the beadAlso lube area where the breaker arm will contact the sidewall of the tireBREAKER ARM ASSEMBLY
Use only water as lubricant removing or mounting tiresSoap or some mounting lubricants may leave slippery residue which can cause the tire to shift on the rim and lose air pressure during ridingWh ile holding the breaker arm assembly at an appro xima te 45 position, insert the blade of the breaker arm between the tire and rim Push the breaker arm inward and downward until it is in the horizontal position with its press block in co ntact with the rimWith the breaker arm in the horizontal positionlace the breaker press head assembly over the breaker arm press blockMake sure the press head bolt is backed out all the way and then position the ny lon buttons on the press head against the inside edge of the rimInsert the threaded shaft hole in the breaker press tighten the Iever nut nti press head assembly are rimthrough the appropriate head assembly and then both ends of the breaker in firm contact with the
