FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Slide the rubber boot off the cable adjuste rLoosen the throttle cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab and remove the nut and lock washerDisconnect th throttle cable from the throttle arm Remove the throttle arm, spring and throttle lever from the throttle housing
ASSEMBLY
Connect the thrott le cab le to the throttle arm Install the throttle arm spring and arm onto the throttle leve by aligning the slot
