CRANKSHAFT ITRANSMISSION Insta ll tile C1 gear, C1 bush ing and thrust washer
CRANKSHAFT
REMOVAL
Remove the transmission (page 11-4)Insta ll the threaded adapter on th rear crankshaft TOOL: Threaded adapter

07965-KA30000 or 07VMF -HMSO 1OA (U SAon ly )

Remove the crankshaft from the rear crankcase using hydraulic press
If the rear crankshaft beari ng remains on tile crank shaft, remove it ith commercially availab le beari ng sepa rator (4-12 in) as shownIf the bearing remains in the rear crankcasedrive it out from the outside Discard th rear cra nks haft beari ngNOTE :
