GENERAL
This section covers service of the cy linder head, cy linde and pistonThese service can be done with the engine insta lled in the frame Camshaft serv icing require front crankcase cover removal (section 8) When isassemblingmark and store the disassembled parts to ensure that they are reinstalled in the ir original locations Clean all disassembled parts with cleaning solvent and dry them by blowing them off it compressed air before inspection Rocker arm lubricating oi is fed through oil passages in the cylinder hea and head cover Clean the oil passages before assemb ling cylinder head Be carefu not to damage the mating surface when removing the cylinder cover, cylinder head and cylinder
