Throttle Valve Synchronization
Close the throttle valve fullyMake sure that the pist on throttle valve is fully closed
(11 BUTTERFLY THROTTLE VALVE
(2) PISTON THROTTLE VALVE
Make sure the clearance between the throttle li nk and the piston throttle valve shaft arm is 0.10.3 mm (0.004-0.012 in)Adjust synchronization by opening or closing the slot in the throttle link
(1) PISTON TH ROTTLE VALVE SHAFT ARM
(2) TH ROTTLE LINK
(3) ADJ USING SLOT (OPEN OR CLOSE)
