Never Inspect or lubricate tha drive chain while the engine Is running
Stop the engine and shift the transmission into neutralMeasure the drive chain slack midway between the sprocketDrive chain slack: 35-45 mm (1-3JB- 1-34 in)
Adjustment
(2) AXLE BEARING HOLDER
Loosen the axle holder pinch bolts and adjust the chain slack by turning the axle bearing holder with the hex wrench in the tool kit as shownTo illCrease the slack: Turn the bearing holder clockwise To decrease the slack: Turn the bearing holder counterclockwise
(1) PINCH BOLTS
After adjusting, tighten the axle bearing holder pinch boltsTorque: 22 N'm 12.2 kg-m16 Ib-ft}
