BATTERYCHARGING SYSTEM CHARGING
Remove the battery
Connect the charger positive (+) cable to the battery positive (+) terminalConnect the charger negative (-) cable to the battery negative (-) terminal
1'he battery git'es oft explosive gases: keep sparks, flames and cigarettes awayProvide adequate ventilation when charging The battery contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte)Contact with skin or eyes may cause severe burnsJFear proteclive clothing and face shield-If plectrolyte gets on your skinflush with water- If electrolyte gets in your eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes and call physician Electrolyte is poisonous- If swallowed, drink large quantitief of water or milk and follow with milk of magnesia or vegetable oil and call physician
CAUTION should only be done in an emergency; slow charging is preferred For battery charging, do not exceed the charging current and time specified on the batterythe charging time rna)' damage
