TRANSMISSIONTORQUE LIMITER Install the brake disc hub and hub nutInstall the rear brake caliper(page 14-14)Apply locking agent to the brake disc hub nut threadsTighten the brake disc hub nut to the specified torque TORQUE: 110 N'm (11.0 kg-m80 ft-Ib) TOOL: Socket wrench, 46 mm 07JMA-MN50100 Stake the brake disc hub nut
Connect the change switch connectOrsConnect the transmission control cables and install the recoil starter handle (pagell-7)
Install the rear suspension arms, rod and drive mechanism assembly but do not tighten their bolts yet NOTE
Replace the drive shaft stop rings with new Ones before
installation
Install the rear wheels (page13-3) Tighten the followingTORQUE: Shock absorber upper nut: Shock absorber lower bolt: UDDer arm nut: lower rod nut (frame side) (knuckle side) Radius rod nut (frame side) (knuckle side) CAUTION
