TRANSMISSIONTORQUE LIMITER Remove the final gear and shaft
Disassemble the countershaftRemove the washers, reverse idle gear and needle bearing
Check them for wear or damage

Shifter gear
Check the shift fork groove and engagement dogs for wear or damage
