TORQUE LIMITER
REMOVAL
Remove the following:exhaust muffler (page 15-8)air cleaner case (page 4-5)cable holdertransmission control cables from the change arm
Free the clip on the protection tube and pull the protection
tube out from the handle Loosen the recoil starter handle lock nut alt the way, then remove the starter handle
