CRANKCASECRANKSHAFT
CRANKCASE SEPARATION
Remove the parts listed on page 9-1 Remove the O-ring on the right crankshaft journal
Remove the crankcase bolts and balancer bearing holder
Set up the special tool on the right crankcase Remove the right crankcase
Separete the right and left crankcases from each other while tapping them at several locations with soft hammerDo not pry the crankcase apart with the end of screwdriver-
TOOL: Housing puller
Remove the dowel pins and gasket
