RECOIL STARTERALTERNATORBALANCER Install the right crankcase cover aligning the water pump shaft groove with the pin in the balancer and tighten the bolts securely,
Connect the water hose to the right crankcase coverSecure the hose with the bands,

Apply grease to the oil seal lips, Install the water pump cover (page 5-9),

Route the wire properly (page 1-9)Connect the alternator and pulse generator wire connectors securely,
