COOLING SYSTEM Install the right crankcase cover (page 8-9)Install the thrust washer on the water pump shaft
Install the impeller and copper wather
Tighten the cap nut to the specified torqueTORQUE: 10 N'm (1.0 kgm7 ft-Ib)
Install dowel pins and new gasket
Install the water pump cover and tighten the boltsConnect the radiator hose to the water pumpCover and secure it with bandInstall the recoil starter (page 8-13)Fill the cooling system (page 5-4)
