TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE
Slide the dust covers off of the adjusters on the shift leverPull the control cable and measure the clearance as shown
(1) FORWAID CONTROL CABLE
FREE PALY Forward: 25 mm (0.080.20 in) Reverse: 25 mm (0.080.20 in)
To adjust, loosen the lock nut and turn the adjuster
ENGINE GUARD AND SKID PLATE
The engine guard and skid plate protect the fioor, engine,
transmission case and rear brake caliper from rocks
