BATTERY ICHARGING SYSTEM Set the temperature switch to "HIGH" or "LOW" depending on the ambient temperature
HIGH60F (15C) or higher LOW: 60F (15C) or lower
Push in the appropriate test button for three second and read the condition of the battery on the meterNOTE Be sure you've selected the test button of 5.5 Ah-9Ah For the first check, DO NOT charge the battery before testingtest it is an "as is" condition

CAUTION
To avoid damaging the tester, only test betteries with an amperage rating of less than 30A Tester damage can result from overheating when:The test button in pushed in for more than three seconds- The tester is used without being allowed to cool for at least one minute when testing more than one battry- Move than ten consecutive tests are performed without allowing at least 30-minute cool-down periodNOTE The result of test on the meter scale is relative to the amphour rating of the batteryAny BATTERY READING IN THE GREEN ZONE IS OKBatteries should only be charged if they register in the YELLOW or RED zone
