DRIVE PINION INSTALLATION
Place the drive pinion assembly into its housing and drive it into the final drive caseTOOL: Pinion gear driver Driver, 40 mm 1.0(1) DRIVER 07945-HAOOOOO or (Not available in U.S.A) 077 460030 100
Install the washerInstall and tighten the pinion bearing lock nut TORQUE: 100 Nm (10.0 kg-m, 72 ft-Ib) Torque wrench scale reading: 91 Nm (9.1 kg-m, 66 ft-Ib) TOOLS: Lock nut wrench, 34 44 mm or Lock nut wrench, 34 44 mm Attachment
