FRONT DRIVING MECHANISM (TRX300FW) Put the pinion holder on the differential caseScrew the shaft puller onto the threads of the drive pinion Screw the 23 mm special nut down until it contacts the pinion holderNOTE Be sure that the 23 mm special nut is backed off far enough to allow full thread engagement between the puller and the drive pinion(1) SHAFT PULLER
Turn the 23 mm special nut counterclockwise with 23 mm wrench while holding the shaft with 17 mm wrench to remove the drive pinion from its housing
Pull the drive pinion assemlby off with the shaft pullerTOOLS: Shaft puller
