BRAKES Tighten the brake hose joint, if removedTORQUE: 35 Nm (3.5 kg-m, 25 ft-Ibl Connect the brake hose to the wheel cylinder, and tighten the joint nut while holding the hoseTORQUE: 14 Nm (1.4 kg-m, 10 ft-Ibl Install the brake panel breather tube to the wheel cylinder securely
Install the brake shoes in their original positions, then install the shoe springs with their curved sides facing outNOTE Install the upper spring from the inside; lower spring, from the outside Face the flatter edges of the shoes to the wheel cylinder Apply oil to the tension pin sealsInstall the tension pins, tension pin seals and seal caps as shown
