CYLINDER HEADVALVES
CYLINDER HEAD INSTALLATION
Place the bottom end of the cam chain guide into the groove in the right crankcase, and its bosses in the grooves in the cylinder upper surfaceNOTE
Make sure that the cam chain is properly installed on the crankshaft drive gear as shown
Install the dowel pins and new cylinder head gasket
Install the cylinder head, and tighten the cylinder head cap nuts (,and 0) and socket boltscopper washers (CD, andin the sequence shown in or stepsTORQUES: Cap nut: 40 Nm (4.0 kg-m, 29 ft-Ibl Socket bolt: 25 Nm (2.5 kg-m18 ft-Ibl Tighten the carburetor insulator band screw to specified torqueTORQUE: Nom (0.4 kg-m2.9 ft-Ibl Install the following:camshaftcam chain tentioner lifter- cylinder head cover (page 6-19)- exhaust muffler (page 16-8) (1) INDEX MARK
