Inspect the valve guide for damage(1) VALVE GUIDE
Ream the new valve guide after installationTOOL: Valve guide reamer, 5.510 mm
07984-2000001 or 07984-200000C (U.S.Aonly)
NOTE Insert the reamer from the bottom of the head and also always rotate the reamer in the same directionClean the cylinder head thoroughly to remove any metal particlesReface the valve seat (see below)
