CAMSHAFTCAM CHAIN TENSIONER LIFTER REMOVAL
REMOVAL
Remove the cam chain tensioner lifter by removing the two mounting boltsNOTE Temporarily loosen the sealing bolt to ease removal(3) CAM CHAIN TENSIONER LIFTER
Remove one cam sprocket bolt Turn the crankshaft clockwise (TRX300FW: Turn the starter reduction shaft counterclockwise and remove another cam sprocket boltNOTE Do not let the bolts fall into the crankcase
Remove the camshaft and cam sprocket, and suspend the cam chain with piece of wire to prevent it from falling into the crankcase
