MAINTENANCE Minor adjustments can be made with the upper adjusterSlide the rubber cover off the adjuster, loosen the lock nut and adjustMajor adjustments should be made with the lower adjusting nut at the rear brake arm(1) LOCK NUT
Measure the brake pedal free play at the end of the brake pedal and adjust as required
BRAKE PEDAL FREE PLAY: 15-20 mm (58-34 in)
Adjust the rear brake lever and pedal free play by turning the adjusting nuts at the lower end of the cablesNOTE Make sure the cut-out of each adjusting nut is seated on the brake arm pin
