THROTTLE HOUSING
DISASSEMBLY
Remove the three throttle housing cover screws and the
coverRemove the gasket
loosen the throttle cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab and remove the nut and lock washerRemove the throttle leverDisconnect the throttle cable rom the throttle arm and remove the throttle arm
ASSEMBLY
Connect the throttle cable to the throttle armInstall the plastic washer on the throttle leverCoat the throttle lever with grease and install the lever into the throttle housingInstall the throttle lever to the hrottle arm by aligning their flats
