M easure and record each valve guide 10 SERVICE LIMIT: INfEX5525 mm (0 .2175 in) Subtract each valve stem 0.0f rom the corresponding guide 10 to obtain the stem to guide clearanceSERVICE LIMITSIN: .12 mm (0.005 in) EX,14 mm (0.006 In) If the stem-te -guide clearance exceeds the service limits, determine if new guide with standard dimensions would bring the clearance within toleranceIf so, replace any guides as necessary and ream to fitIf the stem-to-guide clearance exceeds the service limits with new guides also, replace the valves
