HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES Make sure that the retainer clip is installed properly on the caliper bracketCoat the caliper pin with silicone grease( 1) RETAINER CLIP
(SILICONE)
Install the caliper bracket onto the caliper
(1) BRACKET
Install the brake pads and caliper (page 3-6)Connect the front brake hose to the caliper with the oil bolt and two new sealing washers, and tighten the oil bolt
TORQUE: 25-35N (2.5-3.5 kg-m18-25ft-lb)
Route the front brake hose as shownFill the front brake reservoir and bleed the front brake system (page 13-41

REMOVAL
Drain the brake fluid from the rear hydraulic system (page 13-
3)'86, '87: Remove the hosecable clampLoosen the parking brake adjusting bolt lock nut, and remove the parking brake adjusting bolt and armRemove th parking brake cable fro th parking brake on th caliperRemove the oil bolt, sealing washers and rear brake hose from the rear brake caliper
