FRONTWHEELSUS PENS IONSTEERING LOWER FRONT ARM INSTALLATION
Apply grease to the pivot collars and lips of the dust sealsInstall the pivot collars and dust seals onto the lower front arm
Install the lower front arm onto the frame with the mounting boltsTighten the mounting nuts (After '87: new nuts)to the specified torque
TORQUE: '8SAfter '87: 35-45N (3.5-4.5 kg-m25-33 ft-Ib) '87: 50-S0Nm (5.0-S.0 kg-m3S-43 ft-Ib)
Install the front arm onto the knuckleInstall the castle nut and tighten it
TORQUE: 50-S0Nm (5.0-S.0 kg-m, 3S-43ft-lb)
Install new cotter pinInstall the front shock absorber lower mounting bolt and tighten it
