FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING '86, '87: Remove the headlight guard attaching bolts(For '87 FOURTRAX, the headlight guard is installed on the upper holders Remove the handlebar upper holders and th handlebar
INSTALLATION
Place the handlebar onto the lower holders, aligning the punch mark on the handlebar with the top of the lower holder
Install the handlebar upper holders with the punch marks forwardTighten the front bolts first, then tighten the rear bolts
TORQUE: 24-30 Nm (2.4-3.0 kgm, 17-22 ft-Ibl
