COOLING SYSTEM Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses from the water pump and cylinder headDrain the coolant from the radiator hosesDrain the coolant from the radiator reserve tank

Bleed air from the system as follows: 1Start the engine and let it idle2 Check that there are no air bubbles in the coolant around the filler hole, and the level stabilizes3 Stop the engine and replenish coolant up to the filler hole4 Check the level of coolant in the reserve tank if necessary, raise the level up to the "F" level line Install the radiator cap securely
