GENERAL To enable radiator inspection, coolant replacement and radiator removal, remove the front fende and uel tankTo service the water pump mechanical seal, remove the right crankcase coverAll cooli ng system service can bedone with the engine in the frameDo not remove the radiator cap when the engine is hotThe cQolant is unde pressure and it could result in scalding The engine must be cool befo re servicing the cooling system Avoid spilling coolant on painted surfacesAfter servicing the system, check for leaks Use on ly high quality ethylene glycol based anti-freeze containi ng corrosion protection inh ibitors specifically recommended for use in alumin um engines
