BEARING REPLACEMENT
RIGHT CRANKCASE
Turn the inner race of each bearing with your fingerThe bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearing outer race fits tightly in the crankcaseRemove and discard the bearing if the races do not turn smoothlyquietly, or if they fit loosely in the crankcase

Remove the crankshaft collar, oil seal and bearingDrive out the mainshaft bearingRemove the countershaft bearing with the bearing removerTOOLS: Bearing remover, 17 mm Remover handle Remover weight
