BALANCER BEARING HOLDER
REMOVAL
Remove the ba lancer (pa ge 7-1 01Remove the alternator (page 6-2)Remove the balancer bearing holder attaching bolts and remove the balancer bearing hold erRemove the ring from the bearing ho lder
INSPECTION
Turn the inne race of the bearing with your inge rThe bearing should turn smoothly and quietlyAlso check that the bearin outer race fits tightly in th bearing holderRemove and discard the bearing if the race does not turn smoothly, quietlyor if it fits loosely in the bearing holder
