CYLINDER HEADCYLINDERPISTON Disconnect the radiator hose (cylinder-to-water pump) at the cylinderRemove the cylinder base nutsNOTE Loosen he nuts in crisscross pattern in or progressive steps
Remove the cylinder being careful not to damage the pistonRemove the gasket and dowel pins
CAUTION
Do not pryor strike on the cylinderPlace clean shop towe int the crankcase to keep debris outRemove the piston pin clip using pair of needlenose pliersPress the piston pin out of the pistonand remove the piston(1) PISTON PIN
CAUTION
Do not damage the piston Always support the piston when pressing auf the pin Do not let the clips fail into the crankcase
