MAINTENANCE
FUEL LINE
Inspgct the fuel lines (fuel tank-to-fuel valve, fuel valve -tocarburetor) for damage or deteriorationCheck that the fuel lines are intact and have clamps at each connectionReplace any parts that are damaged, leaking or show signs of deterioration
THIROTTLE OPERATION
for smooth throttle lever operation at full opening and autcmatic full closing in all steering positionsMake sure there is no deterioration, damage or kinking in the throttle cableReplace any damaged parts
LUBRICA TION
Disassemble the throttle housing (page 10-6) Disc onnect the throttle cable at the upper endThoroughly lubricate the cable and pivot point with commercially available cable lubricant or greaseInst311 the cable end and assemble the throttle housing (page 10-f))(1) RUB ER CAP (2) CABLE ADJUSTER (3) LOCK NUT
