BRAKES BRAKE BLEEDING
Connect bleed hose to the bleed va lvePump up the system pressure with the lever until there are no air bubbles in the luid low ing out of the reservoir small hole and lever resistance is felt Squeeze the brake leveropen the bleed valve 1 turn and then close the valveNOTE Do not re lease the brake lever unti the bleed va lve has been closed 2Release the brake lever slowly and wait several seconds after it reaches the end of its travel

Repeat steps and until bubbles cease to appear in the flu id coming out of the bleed valveFill the fluid reservoir to the upper level mark with DOT or brake fluid from sealed container Reinstall the diaphragm, set plate and reservoir cap
