Install the return spring onto the decompressor ver shaft and install the shaft into the cylinder head coverInstall the decompressor cam onto the shah and secure it with the circ lip
Install new O-rings onto each rocker arm shaft and coat the shafts wi th engine OilInstall the rock er arms and shafts into the cylinder head cover Install the valve adjuster lock bolts loosely
