LIGHTSSWITCHES
IGNITION SWITCH
Remove the front ender (page 16- 1) Disconnect the ignition switch wire connectors Check for continuity between the ignition switch connectors in each switch position Continu ity should exist between the color coded wires as indicated belowFOURTRAX COLOR OFF ON FOREMAN COLOR OFF ON BI RBI BIW G
(2) LIGHTING SWITCH
HANDLEBAR SWITCH
The handlebar switch (light ing dimmer swit chesengine stop switch, starter switch) must be replaced as an assembly Remove the front fender (page 16- 1) Disconnect the handlebar switch wire connectorsCheck continuity between the terminals Continuity should exist between the color coded wire terminals as indicated below
