Battery overchargedLoose or poorly contact BI terminal of the regulatorrectifier 3P connectorOpen circuit in BI wireFaulty regulatorrectifier Battery undercharged
1Start the engine and perform the regulated voltage inspection (page 18-4)LOW VOLTAGE (SAME AS BATTERY VOLTAGE) Disconnect the regulatorrectifier 3P (Green) connector, and check the charging coil resistance (page 8-4)NORMAL (0.2-1.0!l) Check the regulatorrectifier connectors for loose or poor contactDisconnect the regulatorrectifier 3P connector, and measure the voltage between the regulatorrectifier connectors (wire harness side) (page 18-4)BI (+) and (-) Battery voltage with ignition switch ON, (+) and (-) Battery voltage BATTERY VOLTAGE COMES, Faulty regulatorrectifier NORMAL
