FRONT WHEElSUSPENSIONSTEERING KNUCKLE HOLDER INSTALLATION Install new O-ringInst all the knuckle holder with the part for the brake hose clamp upwardTighten the nuts to the specified torque in crisscross pattern in or stepsTORQUE:
'86, 'S7: 60-S0 Nm (6,0-S.0 kg-m, 43-5S ft-Ib) After 'S7: 35-45 Nm (3 .5-4.5 kg-m, 25-33 ft-Ib)
NOTE Do not forget to install the O-ring(2) KNUCKLE
Apply grease to the spl ines and install the drive shaft Install the brake hose clamp onto the knuckle holderNOTE Make sure that the drive shaft boot is not turned up
KNUCKLE INSTALLATION
Following the mark on the reverse side of the knuckle, install the knuckle with the part for the brake hose guard upward" R"right knuckle "L- left knuckle
Temporarily install the lock washer, lower king pin bolt and upper king pin bolt NOTE Apply grease to the knuckle dust sealInstall after making sure that the dust seal lip is not turned up
