FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT Mark the centers of the tires with chalk to indicate the axle center heightA lign the toe -in gauge with the marks on the tiresCheck the readings on the gauges scales (page TOE-IN: mmin) To adjust the toe-inloosen the lock nut and turn the tie-rod After the adjustment, tighten the tie-rod lock nut TOROUE: 3545 Nm (3.5-4.5 kg-m25-33 ft-Ib) NOTE Turn both right and left tie-rods equally until the toe reading is correct

Install the turning radius gaugeSteer the handlebars to right and left ful ly with the brake lever depressed and check the readingFRONT WHEEL TURNING ANGLE: INSIDE RADIUS: 35 OUTSIDE RADIUS: 25 If the front wheels inside and outside turning angles are out of specification, adjust by turning the tie-rods while measuring the toe -in
