FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING Install the handlebar cover mount rubber, upper rubber, plain washer and collar in the handle cover as shown Install the cover and tighten it with the two screws Install the cover capInstall the wire bands (page 1-10)(1) PLAIN WASHER (2) UPPER RUBBER
(3) MOUNT RUBBER (4) COLLAR

Remove the three throttle housing cover screws and the coverRemove the gasket
Slide the rubber boot off the cable adjusterLoosen the throttle cable adjusterBend down the lock washer tab and remove the nut and lock washerDisconnect the throttle cable from the throttle arm Remove the throttle arm, spring and throttle lever from the throttle housing
