Install the kick starter 2nd idle gear bushing onto the 2nd idle gear shaft with its flange side facing inside Install the 2nd idle gearInstall he bearing stopper plate and tighten the socket bolts
TORQUE10- 14 Nm 1 .0- 1.4 kg -m, 7-10 ft-Ib}
Install the remaining removed parts in the reverse order of removal
