CLUTCHOIL PUMPKICK STARTER Remove the oil pump mounting bolts Remove the oil pump, primary drive gear and thrust washer
Remove the O-ring and two dowel pins
PRIMARY DRIVE GEAR INSPECTION
Inspect the primary drive gear for damage or excessive wearMeasure the primary drive gear 1.0
