CYLINDER HEADIV ALVES Inspect the valve guide for damageReam the new valve guide after installation
TOOL: Valve guide reamer, 5.5 mm
07984-2000000 or 07984-200000A (U.S.Aonly)
NOTE Use cutting oil on the reamer during this operationAlways rotate the reamer in the same direction
Clean the cylinder head thoroughly to remove any metal particlesReface the valve seat
VALVE SEAT INSPECTIONREFACING
Clean the intake and exhaust valves thoroughly to remove carbon depositsApply light coating of Prussian Blue to the valve seats Lap the valves and seats using rubber hose or other hand-lapping toolRemove and inspect the valvesCAUTION
