IGNITION SYSTEM
IGNITION COIL
REMOVAL
Remove the spark plug cap from the spark plugDisconnect the ignition coil primary and ground wires and remove the ignition coil from the rubber holder
INSPECTION
Measure the resistances of the primary coil
(1) SECONDARY COIL RESISTANCE
Primary coil: 0.16-0.20 0
Unscrew the spark plug cap and remove the spark plug wire
Secondary coil: 3.7-4.5 kO
