REAR WHEELSUSPENSIONRADIUS ARM If plug has been inserted, trim it even with the inner tire surfaceTemporarily place rubber patch that is at least twice the size of the puncture over the injuryMake mark around the patch, slightly larger than the patch itselfRemove the patchRoughen the area marked inside the tire with tire buffer or wire brushClean the rubber dust from the buffed areaApply cement over the area marked and allow it to dryRemove the lining from patch and center it over the injuryPress the patch against the injury using special roller
Refer to patch manufacturer's instructionsAllow cement to dry until tacky before applying patchDo not touch the cement with dirty or greasy hands
TIRE ASSEMBLY
Clean the rim bead seat and flangesInstall the tire on the rimNOTE The arrow on the tire indicates the normal direction of rotation
CAUTION
Install the valve stem coreRinse the rim flanges, bead seat and tire bead with clean waterInflate the tire to seat the tire bead
