FRONT WHEELSUSPENSIONSTEERING
INSTALLATION
Install the right tie-rod spherical joint above the left tie-rod spherical joint
Install the tie-rod onto the knuckle and tighten the castle nut
TORQUE: 35-43 Nm (3.5-4.3 kg-m, 25-31 ft-Ib)
Install new cotter pinConnect the tie-rods to the center arm with the bolt and castle nut and tighten the nut
TORQUE: 35-43 Nm (3.5-4.3 kg-m, 25-31 ft-Ib)
Install new cotter pinAdjust toe-out (page 3-7) and tighten the lock nut
TORQUE: 35-43 Nm (3.5-4.3 kg-m, 25-31 ft-Ib)
