REED VALVE
REMOVAL
Remove the carburetor (page 4-9)Disconnect the left crankcas,e tube and starter cable from the clampsRemove the six bolts, intake pipe and reed valve from the cylinder
INSPECTION
Check the reed for damage or fatique and replace if necessaryReplace the valve with new one if the seat rubber is cracked or damaged, or if there is clearance between the reed and seatCAUTION
