REAR WHEELSUSPENSION FINAL ORIVE GEA TO OTH CON TACT PATTERN CHECK Apply thin coat of Prussian Blue to the pinion gear teeth for gear looth contact pattern check(11 APPLY PRUSSIAN

Place the ring gear spacer and ring gear into the gear caseApply gear oil to the lip of the oil seal on the gear case cover and install the gear case cover
Clean all sealing material off the mating surfaces of the gear

case and coverNOTE Keep dust and dirt out of the gear caseBe careful not to damage the mating surfaces

Apply liQuid sealant to the mating su rface of the gear case

Apply thread locking agent to the 10 mm cover boltsTighten the cover bolts in or steps until the cover evenly touches the gear case, then tighten the bolts to the specified torque in crisscross pattern in two or more stepsTORQUE VALUES :
